1. Quick settings
In optimizing your Gmail account, you can go to quick settings and adjust the Density, Theme, and Inbox Type. Talking about Density, it’s about changing the spacing of your emails, whether default, comfortable or compact, it depends on the best of your style or preference. Normally, the default background of the dashboard of your Gmail account is empty but, if you want to use Theme, you can choose the theme that you like, and it changes the background right away. Also, you can make your background dark or blur. Another thing is, you can change the pattern of your text, and in an Inbox type, you can choose which of the six choices best suits you.
2. Advanced settings
In the Advanced settings, it’s better if you enable everything there to maximize. In optimizing your Gmail account you can go to Settings, and then click on the Advance, and enable everything- auto-advance, templates, custom keyboard shortcuts, right side chat and unread message icon.
